Throwback bulan puasa hari tu. Sejak PKP ni, rasanya dah banyak kali I terjumpa kawan2 atau di FB yang try first time buat Basque Burnt Cheesecake. I hampir ada kesemua barang, just whipping cream je xde. Susah bebeno nak mencari. So I hold dulu my making of the Burnt Cheesecake. Ni Burnt Cheesecake from Union Artisan Coffee. Ni merupakan their best seller tau. Truth to be told, I memang jarang makan cheesecake ni coz for me agak cepat muak. I suka jenis yang berkrim or cake with chocolate or fruits. Tapi rasa kalo makan ramai-ramai is better la. So kami menjamu Burnt Cheesecake ni time moreh. For me, tekstur cake dia sangat creamy and smooth. Seriously memang sedap. Anak-anak I semua gemar. Berebut kot makan.

Paired with their Cold White Brew. Diaorang ada juga Cold Black Brew. But saja nak try white coffee pulak. Perghh..I bukan peminat coffee tapi coffee ni just nice. Memang tak manis langsung. Husband I pun suka..just his type of coffee. Memang sesuai sekali dimakan dengan Burnt Cheesecake ni. But be careful of the side effects ye. I tak boleh tidur malam lepas tu. Hahaha. Caffeine overload.
